Youdath Landscaping & Snowplowing

The area did not fill in with grass and was very uneven despite following watering and care directions (area was placed on water timers).  I was told to contact them again at the beginning of September as they would come back and correct the situation for a fall reseeding of the areas.  After multiple voicemail and text messages since September 1st, 2015, no one has bothered to contact me or even acknowledge ANY of my messages.  Very disappointing considering I've used them in the past and went with them again over another provider that provided a lower quote.
I ended up leveling the high spots and re-seeding the areas in question myself and the grass has grown in nicely.  Never again will I use this provider or recommend them.

He returned first call and said he would get back to us with a price.

Dan called back the same day to find out what we wanted to do.  He said he could schedule us within two weeks, which was fine with us.  As it turns out, he and his crew came out two days later to perform the trimming.  Everything was done quickly and professionally despite the occasional rain.  Everything looks great.  We are considering using Youdath for mowing our lawn.

While they were already full for the season of 2013/2014. Dan(I think this was his name)was polite and professional on the phone. He even offered to give my name to one of his guys that he normally lays-off for the season. He said this seasonal employee does snowplowing on his own during the winter. The other guy never did call me so I assume that he was full as well. I was impressed by the fact that he efficient and responsive. He could have just said I am full and left it at that.

Overall job was excellent. Arrived early in the morning with a crew and all needed supplies. Was able to complete all the work in one day.

The service that he provided the last time was excellent. I like everything that he does and the quality is excellent. The only thing that I don't like is it's hard to get a commitment from him about time. He's better this year than he was last year. His prices are very fair. He backs up with what he does, it's not an official warranty or guarantee but if there is something wrong he'll fix it.
