 + -1 moreI'm on my third phone since June. The first one the power jack stopped working and the second one the screen just went white randomly. They replaced them but it was the inconvenience of having to drive to the store and wait twice. I asked for a different phone but they could only replace the razor with the razor. The coverage is not good, I cannot get reception in any commercial building. I get dropped calls all the time. I never had this problem with my old provider and I was with them for 7 years.... I wish I never would have switched.
Description of Work: Switched from my old provider to Verizon in June 2008 to have the same service as my husband.
