The quote was right on target and the quality of workmanship was great. Timperio beat out all other quotes. After the completion of the roof, Mark visited to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. All I had were compliments for his team! Would I use Timperio Roofing again? Absolutely! I am going to request a quote for doors and windows next!

A year later and they window is still not replaced. We have made multiple attempts to contact the contactor and they will not answer the phone or return calls or text messages. The contractor has taken the money and ran. A month after the roof was inspected and an a written statement was issued stating "Entire Roof was inspected and is currently in satisfactory condition and not in need of repair at this time" Emergency roofing repairs were required as we had water running down the chimney.

We received an estimate in writing. It was detailed and easy to understand. Very professional. All questions answered to our satisfaction. Work done was excellent. Employees were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, thorough. I would recommend them without reservation. Next year we will more than likely use them to do our siding.

It went very well. They did a beautiful job-everything lines up, shingles lay flat great appearance, no leaks.  The only problem we had was communication.  They did not return phone calls.  They also roofed my son's home, did a beautiful job, but my son had a hard time scheduling with them because he has 3 dogs and wanted them out of the house during the work.  Communication could improve .

The contractors gave us an estimate which we approved. They came out and installed the siding and it looks fabulous. They suggested shake shingles on the peak of the roof which came out really nice. Now I wish the garage was in the front and the house was in the back.

Contracted in Early Winter for new roof due to storm damage.  Came very quickly to provide temporary repair and did the roofing in a reasonable time frame.  I was concerned because the weather was turning cold and, sure enough, another storm hit and some shingles were lost.  They came and repaired even though it was cold and windy.  They also came back in the Spring and re-adjusted the repaired area. The crew had accidently took off my old partial gutter and they did replace it but in the spring we found that the replacement gutter was not working correctly.  They took down this gutter and gave me time to scrape and re-paint the facia board and then came and reinstalled a new gutter with a better leaf guard then what I had before and at no additional cost.  At this point I am very satisfied with Timperio and would recommend them.

We had no problems at all with the roof replacement. The roofers were competent, professional and personable. They covered and protected all of our shrubs, trees and flowers and left our yard looking like it did before they started . They collected and removed all residue and nails daily. The project was finished on schedule. Overall they did a terrific job and we love our new roof!

I thought that they were very good and polite. Their crew was all young men and one of them was the owner's son and he was very helpful. We had picked out a coordinating color for the peak of the house and garage. My husband was a little dissatisfied as they weren't really the same colors. The color is close but not the same, but we did not call them about it.

They didn't manage the follow up very well. They were not responsive. They took a long time and there were threats of an attorney. When they came they redid the work and we've been told since that they did a mess and we just paid $2,500 to get their work fixed. We originally paid them $6,500 to do the work. The guy was disgusting. We ended up spending $4,000 to redo part of the roof because they did it the wrong way. Three roofers came in and wanted to know who did our roof because it should never have been done this way. It was a number of roofers telling us that it was done totally wrong. We would never use them again.

I'm preparing this review approximately 4 months after the work was completed so I could give a quality review of the work. This company is family owned -- father and 2 sons. Timperio installed siding on my brother's house a few years ago. His house looks great! Upon his recommendation, I obtained a quote from Timperio, (he was 1 of 5 quotes I obtained). After reviewing each professional (a few were Super Service Award winners on Angie's List), I went with Timperio. Their quote was better (by a few hundred dollars) than the others and the product used was excellent! I watched the install (and so did my neighbors....). It took approximately 10 days for the job to be completed. We all agreed that the company was very detail oriented and the work performed was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! They definitely know what they're doing. I live on a busy street and have had numerous people (many whom I do not know) compliment me on the beautiful look of the house. I always told them how happy I was with this home improvement project. Anytime I had a question or needed something addressed, I'd text Brian Timperio and he always responded. Since the temperatures are now in the 30's, I can tell that my house is warmer than last year thanks to the insulation and the quality of the new windows and sliding door. It seems my furnace isn't running as much (but I'll verify that over the next few months...)

Mike Timperio & Co was my second choice for a roofer. I had a ''friend'' lined to do the job, but he was very busy & was going to do the job as a side job, while still working, etc. After discussing the timetable with my ''friend'' I decided to give Mike a call, since he had already given me an estimate. He came right over with some additional samples for me & my wife to look at & then made an appt with us for later that afternoon to finalize the deal. He was back as promised & my wife & I made our choices (mainly colors) & discussed the proposed timetable. We agreed to a time & signed a contract with Mike that evening. His crew was professional & cleaned up daily. Mike said the gutters would be hung by a subcontractor in about a week, but we were surprised & happy to see them installing them the same day the crew finished the roof, they were also done in a few hours & I referred them to my father for a quote. Great Service at an very competitive price! I'll be getting a siding est.
