They did great work. It was for routine maintainence, and I haven't had any problems with it. I would use them again in the future.

Placed numerous calls to the so-called answering machine...also the secratary picked up the phone once in a blue moon..many requests for return calls for work I need done went unanswered. Never returned a call

Our a/c broke on a freakishly hot June day. I phoned Steve's Air Conditioning and Heating on the recommendation of a family member. Even though Steve's was extremely busy, they were able to get someone out extremely quickly to check out the situation. Since our HVAC system was about 40 years old, we opted to purchase an entirely new system. They were able to come out the next business day to perform the work! The workers were prompt, considerate, and cleaned up after themselves well. They did the necessary paperwork with our city to acquire a permit, and did this without any prompting from me. They even kindly accommodated a somewhat strange request of mine--to go in and out through a certain door in the garage. We are thrilled with our new HVAC system, and will confidently recommend this company to all of our friends!

WE WERE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH OUR AIR CONDITIONER. THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY TO INSPECT. A/C UNIT WAS IN EXTREMELY POOR CONDITION. THEY CALLED BACK WITH A QUOTE FOR AN A/C UNIT ONLY AND A FURNACE AND A/C COMBO AS OUR FURNACE WAS ALSO VERY OUTDATED AND INEFFICIENT. INSTALLATION WAS SCHEDULED, TECHNICIANS SHOWED UP ON TIME AND COMPLETED INSTALLATION ON SCHEDULE. THEY HAULED AWAY THE OLD UNITS AND SWEPT UP IN THE GARAGE AFTER THEMSELVES.
