At 10:00, as scheduled, Steve arrived and got to work. First he checked my router, found its model number, then proceeded to my PC. At this point he moused a number of sites, making sure all was operational re the WiFi. Then, he unboxed the Tablet and walked me through the various sites needing passwords, etc. After that it was demonstrating the technology in using this gadget. He was very patient, very professional, and very pleasant. He deserves 10 stars, not 5. After all, he was dealing with a senior citizen. I can't say enough about the service at Staples in Mentor, from talking with Todd to operating my Tablet with Steve. And, should I have a problem down the road they are there to help again. PS Staples moved across the street, to a larger site. The address is now 9215 Mentor Ave.
