Driver was punctual and professional.

Driver to airport was excellent in every way. Driver from the airport was too focused on his smart phone. He drove too fast for rainy conditions - he was passing nearly everyone else. He seemed tired. We got home safely, however.

They deserve an A+: quick and responsive with the phones (no wait for an email estimate), fair prices, good quality and range of vehicles, prompt, extremely professional and courteous driver. I would use them again without question.

I called several shuttle companies in the Cleveland area and did not have a level of confidence that any would do what they said they would, until I called Shima. From the moment they answered the phone until they dropped us off at our house after the trip, Shima exceeded our expectations. Even though our return flight arrived after midnight, the driver was waiting, as promised/expected, in the baggage claim area. The drivers on both legs of the trip were punctual, friendly and made the travel very easy! The only negative was that I was not told there would be an additional charge for the second location (less than 1/2 mile) nor was it included in the price I was quoted. I only noticed it when the credit card payment was emailed after the trip.

The first set of limos and the shuttle went perfect without any issues. Everyone was on time prompt and professional the day of the event. The coach driver George was phenomenal, the issue we had was major. The coach limo didn't have any air conditioning and we packed in 28 passengers on a 75 degree day, dressed to the nines. The attempt to fix it failed and we had no choice but to suffer through a sweaty 4 hours. We attempted to contact Michelle (I believe is the owner) and anyone else who could handle our issue after we returned honeymoon. After 4 attempts and messages left over a 30 day span with promises of returned calls we decided we would dispute it. The lack of responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism and ldquo;Afterand rdquo; the event are what drive these poor ratings, otherwise I would rate them highly. It was a big deal to us and our guests to be without air conditioning on a important day like this. According to their website all of their coach limos have air conditioning. If we would have known we wouldn't have had AC we would have gladly paid more to Shima or another company to ensure our comfort. If this was handled in a professional manner I would be posting a positive review, since it's been nearly two months without any contact, I am disputingthis through Angie's list and others. It'samazing how a prompt call and solution could solve our dissatisfaction, but they failed to and we have no choice but to post this review and report them.

Set everything up via phone. Faxed itinerary and called to confirm itinerary was rec'd. Day of service, limo driver rec'd only first address. One of the locations was the falls in Chagrin Falls. Driver didn't know how to get out there nor to the school where the prom was being held. Driver had to follow us the whole night. When I set up the appt, I also gave my credit card number so nothing had to be handled by the kids. Shima set my account up as and quot;collect at end of serviceand quot;. Driver had to then call in and let them know my credit card was already on file and they should have already taken the deposit. I called Shima a few days later with my issues and the person refused to apologize or take any blame saying the itinerary was never rec'd b/c it would have been in the system. So either the person I spoke to and confirmed lied to me or they lost the itinerary. I did not appreciate the Customer Service rep arguing with me about each issue we had. This should have gone smooth with no worries for the kids and this did not happen. I am very disappointed in Shima. The driver himself was very nice and showed me all info given to him by Shima - which was just a starting address, no itinerary. I have no issues with the driver himself as it was Shima's responsibility to forward all information to the driver ahead of time so he was properly prepared.

I made arrangements by phone telling the person when we wanted to be picked up and when we would return. She took the flight information for both trips. The pick-up was on time and the driver was waiting at the airport when we returned. Both drivers were friendly without being too chatty. They were good drivers so the rides were comfortable and stress-free. This is the second time we used this service and I would highly recommend this company!
