 + -1 moreStay away from this company. Promises that they did not keep. One reason we signed for the unit we did was that the builder told us we could add a screened-in porch. That was a lie. No porch allowed by the city. We assumed that the builder would have known the city building code. Sub-standard construction. Builder promised that they were building the condo with "party" walls so that we would not be able to hear noise from the next unit. Wrong. We heard everything. Every word, every song, every word of dialog on every television show.
