"Our team takes all reports very seriously and I feel it is important to address the details of the work performed for Marcia. The $1,800.00 payment is derived from two full days of work. We moved furniture and essentials on May 7th - 8 hours at $110.00 an hour, and then returned on May 15th to remove remaining contents - 8-1/2 hours at $110.00 an hour. Our hourly rate included labor, transport and all packing materials. Also, we provided additional work in the form of helping set-up the clothes dryer, since she did not have the correct outlet for the electrical plug. I was not made aware that there was an issue with our pricing or service until I read the review. We had performed moving services for [removed member name]'s family in the past and had not received any pricing or service complaints. We stand behind our work, pricing and reputation on this and every job."
Their fee was very reasonable considering the work done. No extra charges for packing material that they used very deliberately making sure that all the objects arrived safely to the destination.
I have nothing but gratitude and praise for Sharon and Ron and their coworkers.
A friend recommended I use a moving company that specializes in moving seniors. I thought this was unnecessary as I had just some basic furniture and clothing to get moved for my mother (moving from large condo to Assisted Living). So I thought I'd give them a call and see what they had to say.
From the first contact (phone call) to the actual move, I just knew I made the right decision. Since they specialize in moving seniors, they were familiar with all the local assisted living and nursing homes in the area. They knew how much furniture would fit into the unit my mother was moving into. They helped in EVERY way possible, and were so kind and genuine. They helped me arrange the furniture in the best way for my mother. I appreciated all of their knowledge and suggestions. They made the whole move so much easier for me, and my mother.
I would not hesitate to use them again. If you have to move a senior loved onto into a new residence, this is the company to call !!!

They were fast, taking care with all my items. Helping with the one room we did not get a chance to finish packing. Dusted, then wrapped in plastic all items, but boxes. Then unwrapped and set up many items for me. Over all they were wonderful. It made the move fast and less stress.
