Warranty people are A&E Factory service....Still haven't fixed it.  They ordered so many parts because they were guessing at what the problem was.  Makes you wait 2 months to return and fix it.  Meanwhile, it is unusable.    NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS!!

Very well!  They were prompt; did the installation quickly and thoroughly, and were very courteous.

Because it was our second time calling they added a protector to our upholstery, which I thought was nice. They were very fast, and very thorough. I like how they came in, they did the job and didn't take much of our time. Once everything dried they gave us instructions on how to clean it and it looks wonderful.

Diehard battery was installed while we waited.  Quality product.  Quick response.

I was just having my couch cleaned because it's pretty bad. It was a micro-fiber couch and I have tried to clean it myself because we have a dog. I didn't now if was even able to be cleaned, but apparently it's not. It wasn't their fault it's just that the couch is beyond repair. They cleaned it but it didn't do any good, we gave it a shot but it wasn't their fault. They were professional, I don't know if they did anything that would have been better; it's just wasn't cleanable.

They were very efficient. They came in and repaired our washer.

They did alright.  They promised what they were going to do and they did it.  The carpets were a little wet when they were done and left.  I did not have them come back rather I let it dry on its own.  There was just one person who did the work.  It was a package deal which I got though one of the flyers left in the mail box.  I would not use them again in the future.

I have used them before too, and I have been pleased with them. I like the location because I can go walk around the mall when the work is going on. Their professionalism and customer service have been normal. The price is too much for auto work, but that is typical of any auto service place.

One pair was slightly off, and they were very easy about accommodating me and correcting it. They changed the prescription and the frames. They were very cooperative and did not charge me extra. Very professional staff, and I would recommend them to others.
