Excellent. Prompt, efficient, left work area immaculate. Very happy with their work. Ben is my go-to guy from now on!

First they came over and provided recommendations and a quote. We then got on their schedule within 2 weeks. The removal of our old system and installation of the new system took about 7 hrs total. They took all the debris so no mess. They connected the units to existing ducts and it looks great. We all kept our distances just to be safe. I think we are all set for another 20+ years.

Called late Monday. Tuesday morning call returned with appt between 12-1 pm. Prompt. Efficient. Quick. Luckily, it was the capacitor. Have used Glenn Roesch and son Ben for over 10 years. Always a good job at a reasonable price..

We contacted Glenn at Roesch Heating & Cooling on a Friday evening and he was happy to respond fairly quickly then came out the very next day around noon to fix the issue. The AC unit was simply in need of a new capacitor. He had it fixed within a half an hour or less and, as always, was extremely nice and professional. His pricing for HVAC needs are always SO reasonable as well which we truly appreciate.

We contacted the owner, Glenn, a couple of weeks ago frustrated with the lack of customer service we were dealing with in trying to get other HVAC companies to respond to our questions and schedule the work to be done. Glenn was ON IT! He took the time to talk with us when we called him, answered all of questions and concerns regarding this humidifier unit we were wanting to install soon and even scheduled it for us to be installed, not to mention he was around $100 less expensive than two other HVAC companies we had talked to about this project. Nice, professional, helpful and a little more affordable?! Hmmmm, sounds good to us!!!! He came out this morning, arrived right on time as planned and installed the unit as well as went over all of the maintenance it would need ongoing so we can do it ourselves and offered to help anytime via phone as needed. GOOD MAN! GOOD BUSINESS OWNER. GOOD CHOICE thankfully! Highly recommend. We know who we will call now moving forward for all of our future HVAC needs.

Used our 30 year old AC for the first time this year.  After a few days the outdoor fan (condenser fan) started acting up.  Sometimes struggling to start and finally just making a buzzing noise.   We left Roesch a message on Monday and heard back within a day.  He made the service call on Weds (it could have been Tuesday if it worked out with our schedule).  Another HVAC company we used in the past couldn't get out to us for 10 days. 
Roesch first replaced the capacitor, to see if it was a simple fix.  But that did not work and it was diagnosed to be the fan motor.   He had a replacement part for our old AC with him and replaced the motor.  It is working again, just in time for the summer.  The price quoted for the motor was the complete price, nothing extra for the service call, etc.   He recommended we start budgeting for a replacement in a few years (which makes sense given its age), but never pushed for replacing it now.
We would gladly use Roesch Heating & Cooling in the future.

Glenn was very professional and to the point when he gave me my estimate.  He didn't try to up sell me on things I didn't really need like some of the other companies were doing.  I wasn't sure if how I wanted the duct work run was up to code and he contacted the city inspector to make sure it was before we did anything.  The job went smoothly, he came out a few months later when I thought I smelled something burning coming from the furnace.  It turned out not to be furnace related and he did not charge anything for that.  Would definitely recommend. 

First he spent about 1 1/2 day working with the old furnace.  Later, it became evident that a new one was the best alternative so that is what they did. Removed and installed a new furnace.
He applied as many discounts as possible to reduce my cost.  I'm glad I contacted them.

Glenn and his partner delivered exactly what the promised. They took care to protect the floors and carpet as they moved the new furnace in and removed the old one. Glenn did not oversell the equipment needed. He is very straight-forward, open and honest from my perspective. He came out and quoted me in about an hour and then when I gave him the order, he scheduled installation for approx. two weeks later. I spoke with Glen and he does not need to advertise. His quality work and word-of mouth references keep him busy. My furnace and AC were going on 20 years old, so installing some new, more efficient technology will definitely save me money on my utilities. I would highly recommend Glenn to anyone needing HVAC work!

I was in Florida for the winter and my son was staying at my house when
the furnace quit. I called Roesch Heating from Florida and Glen
responded to my call within a couple of hours (on a Saturday) and
ascertained the problem and completed repairs the same day, even after
having to order a part.

This installation went exactly as planned from start to finish - there were no hitches. I received advance phone call communications each day before work was scheduled and Roesch Heating and Cooling was very flexible in working around my family's preferences for scheduling the work, in spite of a busy schedule of their own - with winter time heating issues occurring with their other clients.

They have a very nuts and bolts approach to heating and air conditioning systems that other contractors did not provide. They made suggestions that were more sensible when put into practice.

I would not hesitate to use this company again. They returned phone calls promptly and arrived on time (I called on a Monday evening and they came out the next day). Cleaned up the area before leaving and I have had no problems w/the water draining.

The service guy from the heating and A/C company is excellent and he is honest. He is very reasonable. He is punctual and professional.

I wasn't at the house when Glenn was there, but he did a wonderful job.

He saw that it was very old and instead of having us buy a new one that he could just rebuild it. He saved us a lot of money and has given us several years of heating since. He would call us back the same day.

In the space of two hours Glenn found a pressure switch hose that had failed, and he repaired. Then he troubleshooted the poorly wired furnace until he found that there was a wall mounted switch wired in such a fashion that it would short circuit the transformer powering the circuitry. He replaced the transformer and the system began to work. The key point I would like to make is that the purchase of the home had been held up for a month because the bank had a contractor inspect the furnace and quote repairing it, and that quote came back so high their procedures required a second quote. After the second quote they decided they were unwilling to even share the quotes with me and chose not to fix the furnace. Glenn took the time to actually understand the system and fix it correctly rather than just recommend a costly replacement.
