Perfection - a master painter, carpenter, an electrician, among other skills. “He has an eye for perfection and understands there’s only one way to do things – the right way," He lovingly repaired the old garage with the exact same kind of wood that had been used in the original construction from 1960. The scope of work - Bathroom - a new bathtub, sink, and mirror. Painting - Outside and inside of the house and garage. Flooring - Installed new floating flooring. Plumbing - kitchen, laundry room, and outside faucets. Electrical - new outlets for outside plugs. This project was the first adventure of my giveback project - I am buying homes and rehabbing them to rent to a VET with a section 8. This was my first experience at rehabbing a house and being a 74-year-old woman - you can imagine what could have happened. With Robinson Renovation I was able to achieve perfection and create a HOME for a VET that is safe and up to date. Bottom line - SUCCESS.
