We contacted Pat and  spoke to her on  the phone  and email prior to meeting her.  She promptly returned all phone calls and emails. Howard Hanna offers a good website for searching for homes. It helped us narrow down the search better than the realtor websites did. We looked at several homes with Pat prior to making an offer. Pat was very professional and is very personable and has integrity.She kept in touch with us throughout the  buying process. She attended the home inspection and the closing. The office that she works out of which is The Crockett Team offered the free use of one of their moving trucks after the sale. We used it to move items from a storage unit to our new home, which saved us many trips.  We would contact her again if we need the use of a real estate agent.
