While washing dishes (1:30am), I discovered that we had no hot water. So I went to see if the pilot light had gone out. After being unsuccessful at re-lighting the pilot, I called the gas company emergency phone number to see if there was a problem with service in the area. I was told that that our gas had been shut off because of a service line leak. In the morning, I called gas company "Comfort Line" for a referral. I received several referrals. I checked better business bureau and Angie's List and found very little information. When I called P&G they said they were on a job in the area and would stop by to see what I needed. They came to the house, explained what I needed to have done and gave a quote and estimated time to complete. Later, I called to say I wanted them to do the work. They came when they said, did what they said, and charged what they estimated. We got excellent service from knowledgeable professionals. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.
