DELIVERED OTTOMAN WITH A HOLE IN LEATHER. I HAD HALF A DOZEN PHONE CALLS GO UNRETURNED BEFORE SOMEONE CALLED ME BACK. THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN, BUT INSTEAD OF GETTING ME A NEW ONE, THEY SENT IT OUT FOR REPAIR. THE REPAIR JOB WAS POOR AND THE COLOR DOES NOT MATCH. WHEN YOU PAY FOR NEW, YOU SHOULD GET NEW, ESPECIALLY WITH EXPENSIVE ITEMS LIKE THIS.
