Matt is professional and pleasant to work with and always does an excellent job. As with most lawn maintenance companies, he'll give you a general time frame of when he'll be in the area, but not the exact day. I do wish he'd give us quotes prior to doing the service but I understand that the scope of work is sometimes difficult to anticipate with these things.
