I was very impressed with Michelle's service. She was always on top of all the details. She was very knowledgable about all the paperwork that needed to be completed, dates, etc. She kept me informed and at ease through the process-I didn't have to worry that things would be lost, late, or not completed properly. I will be using her again in the future when I sell my home.

She went above and beyond looking for properties that met my requirements. She did hours of research and gave me stacks and stacks of print offs. I actually went to her after using someone else, who doesn't do real estate anymore, that told me that was a lot of paper and he had to pay for it himself. He is now selling yoga packages. She is willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. She will go to a seller with whatever bid that the buyer asks her to go with. She gives a lot of great tips on ways to find homes. She saved me thousands of dollars. She found me the lowest financing and the lowest percentage rate. She found community reinvestment funds. She went to the seller to get them to pay some of the down payment so I could get a better rate from the bank. She didn’t have to do that. I would absolutely use her again.
