Went there with the 50% of coupon and was immediately waited on. Debbie started us off with some basic ideas after seeing the print. We explained we were somewhat non-traditional in our ideas of framing and wanted something different. She admitted that most people don't like to experiment with framing and was open to having us explore some of the bolder frames. She worked with us for 30 -45 minutes as we explored an number of matting and frame options giving advice and letting us ponder and the different looks. We felt comfortable speaking freely and she never judged the different looks, but gave helpful advice. We were told it would be ready in two weeks and received a phone call about 10 days later it was done and looked great. She admitted when she put it together she wasn't sure the bold colors were going to work and found herself surprised at how much she liked the different look. It opened her eyes to new possibilities. The workmanship is excellent and we are pleased.
