About us

Mentor TV has been in business since 1950. We currently have 11 employees. Mentor TV has an on site service center, with walk in ability. We will pick up your TV for service and redeliver the item. Trip charge is based on city. Mentor TV sells sony products, sharp products, samsung products, denon products and pioneer products. We are not limited to just TV, we sell blu-ray players, surround sound systems, stero receivers, in wall speakers, pre-wire new construction, misc. Cables and tv stands. Our staff is here to please you. Mentor TV does not use subcontractors.

I brought in my Sony flat-panel TV that had died suddenly and was just a couple of weeks out of the 1-year warranty. They diagnosed the problem, did the repair and suggested I contact Sony for possible partial payment, since it was so close to the warranty expiration. (After hearing my story and documenting the problem, the Sony ombudsman indeed paid for half the repair, I was grateful to Sony and Mentor TV for the suggestion.)

VERY NICE SALES STAFF. KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PRODUCTS. DELIVERED IT ON SAT., SAME DAY OF SALE. MEN WHO DELIVERED IT MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS HOOKED UP PROPERLY, SET UP THE CHANNEL SELECTOR, DEMONSTRATED REMOTE. EVEN THOUGH LAST DELIVERY OF SATURDAY, THEY WERE IN NO RUSH. CHECKED TO BE SURE ALL CHANNELS TURNED IN PROPERLY.
