I dropped it off and a few days later I picked it up. It was lubricated and the mechanism inside worked smoothly again. Joe and Deb are friendly, courteous and just easy to do business with.

I had purchased the filter earlier but wanted to take it home and confirm the size needed. At this visit they cut the filter perfectly. They have been very helpful to me whenever I go there and I am glad they are available. I prefer shopping owner operated businesses versus big box retailers. I have purchased the products and used their services many times.

Even though they've moved out of the old-fashion building they have maintained the old hardware charm and friendly service. While he didn't have the faucet I needed, he caught the fact his catalog had the part mis marked in the text and he gave me some good advice on where I could shop instead. He also advised my saw blade would cost more to sharpen than buying a new one and I could use a file on my own if I wanted to give it a try. I walked out with a very cheap saw blade and a smile. It's nice to know there still exists the friendly guy at the hardware store who is more concerned with keeping you going on your tasks and perhaps learning a thing or two than selling you a shinny tool you'll only use once. Quite neighborly!
