The people there were fantastic. They were very helpful with how we needed to have things installed. I would recommend them any day!!

I bought a house that had under counter lighting in the kitchen. Several of the lights had failed and required transformer replacements. I had been unable to obtain repair parts at the local home repair stores. I went to Mars and not only did they have the parts they recognized that the lights were under warranty and repaired them all in less than 10 minutes for free. The cost of the repair parts would have been $450.

They have an amazing show room. They order things for us and send them to the store closest to us.

Hands down, Charles was the most personable, supportive and helpful of all the lighting experts that I dealt with in the search for these fixtures. He understood the market and his customers' needs. They have a wide variety of choices and values. The only reason that I did not end up buying from them was that the fixture I had chosen was discontinued, but another store just happened to have it in stock still. Otherwise, I would have bought from Mars and I will certainly go back for the next replacement or new fixture. Terrific people and great products!
