Maddamma Construction

Maddama Construction poured a new driveway for my neighbor and left a mess in my lawn. They used my lawn to haul the cement in the motorized wagons to the back area and in the process compressed an area 4 feet wide and 15 feet long in my front lawn. I now have a ?gully? where they worked. In addition to this, they left peaces of stone, cement from washing their tools in my lawn. I had to clean the lawn before I could cut the grass. I contacted the owner and he didn?t seem very interested in my problem. He said he would look at it when he had time and told me the home owner would take care of my lawn. The only repair that has been done was by the home owner, who poured a bag of soil and seed by my sidewalk (which has also mostly died). Mr. Maddamma never asked for permission to work on my property, thus trespassing. I have contacted the city, but my only recourse would be to file in small claims against him and the home owner. I would not recommend this company due to the owner?s lack of concern for damages he caused.
