It has been very frustrating dealing with the LAZY BOY co. They need to do something about their store manger and the way they follow through.
Description of Work: We ordered a new recliner on 3-30-2012 chair was delivered 0n 5-30-2012. chair was not made with the cover we ordered. We proved them with our copy of the sales order. We were told someone would contact us, no one did. We called the store and talked the the store manager, he said he would check and call us back. HE NEVER DID. WE called them several times, we also called the lazy boy manufacture several.times. still no return calls. We contacted the Cleveland BBB They contacted Lazy boy on 7-17-20-12 and were told that the refund would be taken care of that day. We also received a call from the store manager asking for a credit card # so that he could put the monies back. 7-17-2012 and he would send us a receipt. After checking our account their still has not been a refund made. All we are asking is for our Money. They have both the chair and our money, and it has been 2 months that we have been made promises. VERY VERY poor customer service.

We didn't pay enough attention to size or color. We dd not recogonize all the color choice's which may have been our fault, but wasn't pointed out well enough! We would not have gotten the color we got which is very light but more of a medium color. Know your budget, and ask for specs, also leave and go back another day. The furniture business is not the easist to deal with these days, plus we are senior citizens who are watching our budget. We dealt with Jim Lyzen, if you have a more workable budget he is probably very easy to deal with!
Description of Work: We bought a couch from this store. The price included tax and delivery charges, the delivery was excellent. We didn't receive arm covers, so we will need to contact them for that!

We comparison shopped LA-Z-Boy against other furniture stores. They have nice products, but they did not have a chair that reclined and rocked in a style we liked or in a price we wanted. Their prices can be a little high.
