Mr. Krammer went out of his way to come to my house the day after I called for an appointment. He arrived at the time he said he would and did a thorough job inspecting the unit, cleaning it, making a repair to a hose clamp, and changing the filter. Mr. Krammer took the time to explain how the a/c works in conjunction with my furnace, advised how to select the best type filters to use, and even took a look at my furnace (although he did not make any repairs, etc). He did not try to sell me anything but said he would be happy to talk to me about replacements in the future, when I was ready to replace them. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He made me feel as though I was his best customer and that my business is very important to him, now and in the future. I will definitely call this company again and will also consider hiring them to replace/upgrade both my furnace and a/c. This is a respectable and trustworthy company and highly recommend calling them with your HVAC needs. Thanks Mr Krammer for delivering old fashioned reliable and GREAT service

It went very well. They showed up on time and were prepared. Explained what they were doing and why. Gave useful information on taking care of the furnace. They cleaned up after themselves. They were nice to deal with.
