 + 1 moreDid very little work in the three months they were on the job. By contract was supposed to have a dumpster on site but they put trash and rubble all over our yard. Put the windows in 2'' lower than the existing. Put the floor in the library addition 1 1/2'' lower than per blueprint. The ridgeline on the roof of the library was angled back toward the exisiting roof when it should have been angled down toward the ground. Tried to charge us with ''change orders'' when the work was actually spelled out in the specifications attached to the contract. Had to fire this company due to multiple mistakes, poor workmanship and no attention to detail. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. We hired another contractor who had to fix many of JSK's mistakes.
Description of Work: Proposed to add a detached three car garage, a library addition to the existing home, finish the walk out basement and complete a balcony across the back of the home.
