JNR Home Maintenance is a small company looking to expand this year I have 4 employees and a couple workers as needed. We use standard invoices with terms for jobs usual is a contract agreed upon terms including a down payment. we currently dont accept credit cards and dont finance yet. These could change if we see a sudden interest in credit card usage. We price competitively and give senoirs and veterans a discount

New kitchen cabinets, counters, flooring and trim throughout the whole house, and lots of drywall work. Also, made the dividing wall between the kitchen and dining room a half wall to open the space. Very nice work.

James and Rich from JNR Home Maintenance were awesome. They were on time, reliable and couteous. They did a fantastic job of building a bedroom with a closet in our basement for our teenage son. It came out great and we can't wait to use it. They were very professional and organized. I would highly recommend them for any construction project you need done.

The original construction had many structural damages, as well as water leakage damage to surrounding areas. JNR Home Maintenance did a very nice job fixing the existing damages, as well as reconstructing and remodeling the existing bathrooms.

Workmanship by JNR was performed in a business like manner. We have dealt with them before and found them to be very reliable and dependable. We were, again, very pleased with the quality of work and indeed a pleasure to have been affiliated with them. After the completion of the work performed, the general area(bathroom) was cleaned, neat and orderly. We needed to wait a few days for the caulking to set and as of this date, new borders were added and the renovation is now complete. We will be looking forward to conduct business with JNR in the near future.

"[Member name removed] you are very wrong about our work . We have built hundreds of handrails systems. We always build to code . We came back the very next day to redo 2 little issues you had. As for the discount my cost included all 7 handrails and support brackets. I dont think any one can please you . Your husband told us everything was good before we left on day 2 when corrections were made. Also we followed existing handrail height and kept all rails within code height."

It went very well. It took just over two weeks complete the work. They were very professional. Their work is high quality and we are extremely pleased. The shed exceeded our expectations. It looks more like a tiny house than a shed and it matches our house. We would definitely use them again.

They saw the need to correct the roof and porch as quickly as possible and began the work immediately. They worked non-stop for eight days and did a wonderful job. I was very impressed with their knowledge of what was needed to be done and how to fix it in the best and most economical way. The roof and porch are now fortified with new gutters on the house and looks very nice! I look forward to working with JNR Home Maintenance, Inc. on future projects (windows, etc.) I enjoyed the experience very much!

We already had all of the materials needed to construct the railings on 3 condos.
They came about 10 am and completed each railing by 3pm.
They were very efficient, the quality of their work is excellent, they completely cleaned up the work site and they were very
pleasant. I would definitely use them again!

We had an offer to purchase our house and upon the buyer's home inspection termites were discovered. Needless to say, we were surprised, freaked out, and in a great hurry to get the termite situation under control and the damage caused repaired. I found JNR on Angie's List with good reviews, and the company has an A+ rating with the BBB. I called and was thrilled to get an appointment for a quote quickly. Damage was, thankfully, minimal and we were fortunate enough that there was a break in their schedule while waiting on permits for another job, so the work was done quickly....within a week of finding the termites, the damage was fixed, looks great and the house could go back on the market. James was there when he said he'd be there, he called when he said he'd call, and he did some extra's (before & after pics and a report of the damage) to help us with future buyers. THANKS, JAMES, we would DEFINITELY use JNR again, and would very highly recommend JNR.

It has been very good. I would recommend them to anybody. They did a beautiful job. We found out they stand by their work too because about 3 months later, we had a really high wind here and 2 strips of the siding came loose and they came right out that afternoon after I called them and replaced it. It was very good. They've got a very good business. I got their name out of a newspaper. I had them come out and give me a bid. The way they talked and everything, they seemed to know what they were doing and I took a chance on them and I'm glad I did. We will use them again. We have already taken a bid for my daughter's bathroom remodeling.

James and his crew were very punctual, and were very professional from start to finish. if you want good quality work and a decent price, don't hesitate to call them. they have renewed my faith that there are a few good, honest contractors out there.
