If you like your contractor to treat you like he’s doing you a favor, hire this guy. Rude, condescending, mood changes like Ohio weather. Took over a year to complete a 600 sq ft addition because our project was continually put on the back burner for other jobs he was working on. He would come and work for 2-3 weeks, long enough to get a payment for a contract milestone, then disappear for 1-2 months. Always had excuses about why our project wasn’t getting worked on. Project delays were never his fault and we would get long text rants every time we expressed concerns over the delays. Then apologies. It was like being in a dysfunctional verbally abusive relationship. Seriously too much to even begin to capture in a written review. Would never recommend.

Great contractor. Demo'd old bathroom and installed new bathroom. Tile shower and floor. Plumbing. Electric. Looks awesome. Did things in addition to what was discussed in contract at no additional cost. Highly recommended.

J Gould Construction did a complete bathroom remodel for my father. Jason was very prompt in responding to our initial call for an estimate, showed up on time, and promptly turned the estimate around.  The estimate was very competitive. Both Jason and his crew were very respectful and helpful.  They showed up on time and worked 8 to 10 hour days.  They did a complete gut of the bathroom that existed, removal of all debris, tile floor and shower surround, plumbing, electrical, painting and cabinet installation.  They worked with our granite source to ensure the correct measurements and timing of installation.  Their work was impeccable and they left the job site very neat and orderly at the end of each day.  They had the job complete on the scheduled finish date that was originally agreed upon and even came back to complete a few extra's that were discussed with my father as 'wish list' items.  Overall, this was a very good experience and I plan on using their services again in the near future.
