They had pieces of wood but the installers would not install the wood. It was beautiful.

Mike, the installer, did a terrific job and was friendly and professional throughout.

They told me that the floor was going to need to be leveled before installing the floor. They told me that one bag was included. They told me that they were going to need three bags. Whatever they didn't use they would be returned. The person who was to come out, his car broke down. So they took off 100 dollars. When they came out they installed the floor. He was nice and curious. I noticed that he only used a half a bag. I went back to get my money back. The guy who installed the floor reported that he used two bags. I talk with the manager, and they gave me the money back. I found cigarette butts in my yard. The floor looks good. I have never had any problems with the floor.

I called for an estimate, and after taking LOTS of information, the woman told me that they really want both spouses home for the estimate, which takes almost 2 hours. I scheduled the estimate for almost 4 weeks later, the earliest she had but later cancelled when all our other estimates were coming in the next two weeks. A two hour evening appt. would also have been disruptive to our household routine, as we have small children. We have had Home Depot do work for us in the past, and we're very pleased, so we were sorry the estimate did not work out.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time! From the initial conversation to the actual installation, the service was professional, prompt, and also priced fairly reasonably. I would definitely work with Home Depot, and in particular, this customer service representative again!

They did excellent work and were very quick and efficient. They did it all in one day. They arrived on time and called ahead of time. They were also very informative on how to operate it.
