Overall it was a very good experience. The carpets looked very good, several stains were removed that we thought would never come out, and the carpet was dry in a little over an hour as advertised/promised. The guys were personable, professional and competent. The one downside is that they were about 20 minutes late and that caused me to be late for an appointment. They did do a few spots on the loveseat for free, so that made up for it : )

THE OWNER CAME HIMSELF TO CLEAN OUR CARPETS. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. HE PUT EXTRA EFFORT IN GETTING OUT SOME STAINS THAT I BELIEVED WOULD NEVER COME OUT. THE SMELL OF THE CLEANING PRODUCTS WAS A LITTLE STRONG AND LINGERED LONGER THAN I WOULD HAVE LIKED, BUT THE WORK PERFORMED WAS DONE WELL.
