Be careful if you hire this amateur group for your concrete needs. I discovered empty alcohol bottles in the basement. The worst part is that the employees took alcohol from my supply. The mortar covered bottles were left behind as evidence. I even had purchase a case of water for the workers which I kept in the refrigerator for them. The walls look good, but caused new problems with the foyer floor, cracking the wooden tile. When doing the sidewalk replacement, the work area was unsafe and poorly marked. Red barrier tape was placed around the trench, but no plastic fencing or barricades. Since this was the approach to the main entrance, I left lights on so that the newspaper carrier would not get hurt. They had no power source, and asked to use an electrical outlet in the garage. Later, we discovered that the freezer in the garage had been unplugged and the food ruined. It appears that "someone" unplugged the freezer from the extension cord. It is funny that the workers used the extension cord, but stated they never unplugged the freezer. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this one out! Once again, the sidewalk looks good, but the garage foundation work created more problems in adjoining areas. A crack has now formed in the foyer on the exterior wall to the garage and front entrance where the replacement was taking place. In addition, there is damage to the interior sie of the exterior wall of the garage adjacent to the sidewalk repair. The new sidewalk is higher thn the patio and lawn creating a tripping hazard. It seems like they fix one thing, but create a whole new problem. It's like inventing work for yourself. I never asked for reimbursement for the spoiled food. An apology would be sufficient. BEWARE!
