Called set up appointment to measure window, two week turnaround time for replacement to ship for installation (not a big deal). When the window was available set up second appointment for the actual installation took less than a half hour. Very professional, prompt and straight forward easy to work with.

They were very professional and courteous over the phone and when they came to do the work. They were particularly careful to fully understand the job before they came so that they were prepared to do the work. Their price was in the range of other quotes and they came to do the work within just a few days of my original call.

Glassworks was great to work with for this job.  They gave detailed estimates and explained the different options that we had.  The owner takes a lot of pride in his work.  He called us when he ran into some problems and explained our options.  Appointments were made, and everything was finished on time.  Our windshields look great!

Did a great job - there was a small issue ( paint got on the door frame ) but he took care of for us right away with no hassle.

Very nice people and a great job. Other than my $100 deductible, my insurance picked up the tap for the replacement. My particular windshield took a bit longer to install than they had anticipated but that was due to the extras that were attached to the old one and had to be installed on the new. I waited for the job to be done and enjoyed the free coffee, available magazines, and the TV.

My daughter also had a windshield replaced here last year after an accident and she was also very satisfied. We both highly recommend this shop and the service they provide.

They completed the work in the quoted amount of time and at the quoted price. I would use them again.

Excellent communication and service. Instructed me over the phone on how to get the proper part number from the dealership so that he could give an accurate estimate. The windshield has a wiper heating element I was not aware of. With the proper part number he was able to recommend an OEM part and the estimate was below what I was expecting to pay. I was not able to bring the van in for 2 weeks and he answered all of my questions about driving with a crack in the windshield in the below zero temperatures of Jan 2014. I dropped off the vehicle, which was needed to replace the windshield in the winter. and it was ready later in the day as promised. The windshield looks good. I would recommend this business to everyone.

The windshield on my new Mazda CX-5 was chipped at 50 miles on the odometer, and cracked within a few hundred miles afterward. With the help of my insurance company, I arranged for a windshield replacement to be done by Glassworks Inc. They located a Mazda branded windshield, and did an excellent job in replacing it. This is a local company who have been in the glass business for about 10 years. The cost I paid was $250 deductible from my car insurance comprehensive coverage. I would definitely recommend them.

The work was professionally done in < 2 hours. Everyone was friendly and my technician showed me the work and explained it when it was finished.
