The room has radiant heat and the crew had to be very mindful not use long nails when installing the carpet strips so as not to puncture the water pipes just under the wood floor. It is an unusual room with many different angles and knee holes under the built in desk and large island used for making quilts. Because of the radiant heat a different type of matting had to be used. This type of mat is very stiff and more difficult to work with but they did a great job. They vacuumed a number of times to pick up all the stray threads and left the area spotless. We will always use this company in the future. They also installed a beautiful Brazilian cherry wood floor in another room and that work was done beyond reproach. The crew was prompt, clean, polite and professional.

.They were wonderful. They were very accommodating, professional, and thorough. We had a small problem in the bathroom and they came over the same day to fix the problem. They did a very good job and very easy to work with.

We had a good experience in the store. They gave me lots of info and spent lots of time answering questions. When they came out to my home for the estimate, the salesman was late and did not call to let me know. He was nice and professional, and even followed up about 2 days later to let me know the estimate would be sent. I have been waiting for several weeks now and have yet to receive the estimate.

We were very pleased. The installer had to come back to retack one strip but other than that, everything went very well.
