This transaction went about as perfectly as possible. After hearing horror stories from everyone, (and I mean at least ten parties in one week) and against our own better judgement, we went in to take a look at their showroom. We needed to furnish a bedroom--quickly.

We fell for the furniture, and we were reassured that it would arrive on time. It did.

It was assembled and in great condition. The only problem was that the side rails were stained a different color than the rest of the set.  No problem! A few weeks later a man came out and re-stained the rails. Perfect.

I was ready to join the chorus of crying and despairing and deserted customers. Instead, I will leave that to the unfortunate who walk into the store and say, "I do not belong to Angie's List...."

Delivery dates were missed regularly, calls were not returned as promised. Store policy is no returns or cancellations, they charged our credit card immediately, delivery was not made for 3 months, at which time the order was not complete. The tables were not on the truck. After multiple calls, the tables were to be delivered, my wife made arrangements to stay home, they called the morning of delivery to say the tables did not make the truck. A few weeks later the tables were available, and delivered, however, one table had minor damage. The store promised a service person would touch it up. The morning of the service call, they cancelled again, promising to replace the table. We are no longer calling the store, they are unreliable and do not return calls. We have asked to have the name of the CEO, they refused, instead we were given a manager, and she promised the table would be replaced by the week of May 19. After almost 7 months we still have not completed this transaction.
