The owner and employees are all courteous, helpful, and professional.  They came out to measure my countertop replacement and offered helpful advice.  I took my new sinks to their warehouse where they cut the granite, installed the sinks, and then returned to remove the old countertop and sinks and replace them with my new beautiful countertop.  The workmanship is A+.  Everything fit beautifully.  My only complaint, like other reviews, is that it is very difficult to get in touch with Eurostone.  Repeated phone calls went unanswered.  When the owner finally contacted me, I told him about his poor responsiveness, and he politely told me he would try to do better.  They are a small company with lots of orders because of the  quality of their work, so I hope they correct the problem with prompt responses.

This company was very professional and courteous. The men that came to my house did an extremely good job, and always cleaned up after themselves. I really have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the project they did for me!

We were aware that Euro Stone is a relatively small company, but our cabinet maker told us about the quality and value of their work. I contacted Goren Dzananovic (owner of the company), he made an appointment to come out and measured our cabinet bases. His price was very competitive, in fact, it was a great value. At his recommendation, we went to Universal Granite and Marble in Oakwood Village to select our stone. There we worked with Kristen to select our stone. Their warehouse is huge, all indoors, and well organized. We chose two different granite slabs , one for our counter tops and another for our island. Once we selected our stone, everything went very smoothly. Within three business days the slabs were delivered to Euro Stone and we made an appointment to come view possible layouts of our counter tops on the slabs with Goren. The stone was then cut and brought to our home three days later and installed. I was very impressed with the care taken during the installation including one small modification that was done on site. The installers were very courteous and personable. They carefully protected our hardwood floors and were very precise in their installation and in cutting the holes for our faucet set at the sink. We had a and quot;farm sinkand quot; already mounted in the cabinet base and also had on hand the faucet set we were going to use. They finished with a careful final polish of our new stone.
We could not have been more satisfied with our experience. Euro Stone was prompt in their appointments and easy to work with. Goren gave us his direct cell phone number. The shop on Tyler Blvd is a bit difficult to find, but if you turn in at the Lake County Animal Shelter on Tyler Blvd, they are in the complex of buildings behind the shelter. Goren will give you specific directions. We are glad to recommenced Euro Stone to anyone.

Eurostone does really exceptional granite work. It is difficult to reach some to talk with about the project, but once it is ordered and templated, the job ran smoothly and the granite looks amazing. Last year Eurostone also put granite in our kitchen. It also looks great. They are very skilled with the granite, but you have to deal with a little less than responsive customer service.

The whole experience was great from selecting my granite at the warehouse, which was an education in itself. To picking out my sink at their showroom. The whole process took less than two weeks which was considerably faster than the competition in the area which took three or more weeks. Also the price was unbeatable.
