I only wanted 4 applications a year and they said they will not do only 4 applications. I noticed tracks from the machine they use in part of the lawn but didn't see the tracks on the back lawn. I called to inquire if they had fertilized the back section. They seemed very irritated when I asked this. I have decided to go with another company.

They come if you have about 4 inches or more of snow. When they plow, they always plow early in the morning so my husband doesn't have any difficulty getting out to get to work. There was a day when it was snowing a lot and they came twice that day. I totally trust that they are going to come when they need to come. They do a very thorough job. They are good.
