Great experience! He is quite knowledgeable about quality of carpet. He use to own a carpet retail store. He is experienced with all aspects regarding carpet. Did all repairs well and he was just a nice guy. He is semi-retired and picks and chooses his jobs.

I WAS PLEASED TO GET MY CARPETS REALLY CLEAN. THEY MOVED NEARLY ALL THE FURNITURE IN MY HOUSE, INCLUDING LARGE HEAVY PIECES. THE TECHNIQUE THEY USED REALLY SCRUBBED MY CARPETS, AND MIGHT NOT BE DESIRABLE FOR SOME WHO ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE WEAR.
