I researched options on the internet and found Dimo’s Espresso Services. I spoke with the owner, Pavli Dimo, and it was obvious that he was extremely knowledgeable when it comes to repairing the major brands of espresso machines. He described the process, the potential problems and the projected costs before I dropped off our machine. He is very professional in his actions and the quality of the work. Great communications regarding the actual issue, which turned out to be a bad boiler, and the costs and time frame to repair. We could not be happier to find a local business owner that has such a depth of experience. In addition, he sells a great espresso whole bean coffee from Milan, Italy (Intenso) that is amazing.
