DA MOWER MAN

I used them about 5 years ago fixed my mower worked great . About 3 years ago I took a friend's mower there they fixed it and works great. Early this week I took my 4-month-old mower to get it fixed and forgot it was cash or check only my bill was $ 99 and change and only had $95 dollars in my wallet and She said all good. how nice they were but I will go back and give them the $5 bucks back. Highly recomend them for your mower repair !!!

Great, no issues, very convenient

Went okay for most of the repairs, but I don't think they really addressed the rough running engine because I don't think they wanted to spend the time on it, as it was the end of the season.

Mower was taken back 3 times to get the same belt repaired. Each time, the mower was returned for repair on the same day that it was picked up. All together, was without use of a mower for about 6 weeks due to time being repaired. This was very frustrating as the repair was a belt replacement. After the third time of bringing mower home, it again broke after a few minutes of use. This time, the mower was taken to another mower repair business and was told that the problem was not the belt at all. Would never use this business again.

It took two repair cycles over several weeks to get it to start. I know it was spring, but they had the mower almost a month! When it was dropped off the final time, the mower started; but as soon as the delivery guy left, it wouldn't start. Called the office immediately, but they never returned our call. The mower ended up starting the next day and it does work, but with a massaging sequence that is cumbersome. Would have used the money to buy a new mower had I known it was going to cost so much. Communication with the office degraded over time. Ultimately, disappointed.

Was faster than I would have thought possible in the spring busy season.

I called the mowerman and requested that he pick up the snowblower. He arrived promptly and took the snowblower
back to the shop. He called later and said that the problem was a bad starter. I was given an estimate and I gave him
the ok to fix it.
I was notified when it was finished and he dropped it off. The snowblower was in excellant running condition. I was
very happy with the price and the service.

I needed a repair service which would pick up and deliver the snow blower back to me since there is no way I could lift it into my car. An acquaintance told me about Da Mower man. I had priced the work with another company and the other company's price and employee additude was not to my liking. I went home and checked out Da Mower man on Angie's list and liked what I saw so I gave them a call. They were very friendly and prompt. Their price was fair. At this time I haven't started the snow blower yet to check the quality of the actual work (since it's spring). I will update this report after I've used the snow blower next winter.

Overall, I was happy with their work. Their estimate of how long it would take was accurate (1 week - actually done a day early). The price was a bit more than I expected, but it was probably fair considering the amount of work they did on the carburetor. The people I dealt with were polite and responsive, a pleasure to do business with.

Our 5 or 6 year old riding mower (Craftsman) became very hard to start. Thought it was the battery at first, but had the same problem after recharging it. Called Scott and he picked up the mower that night (for a $25 pick-up and drop-off charge). Had the mower for about a week. Informed me of everything that needed fixing or replacing so there were no surprises. The riding mower works as good (if not better) than new! Note: another store wanted $96 just to come out and look at it!!!

I called several repair locations, and they had an upfront fee to just look at the mower for diagnosis, not including what repairs would cost. Da Mower Man listened to my description of the problem over the phone and gave me two ideas of what could be wrong. Along with that, he gave me a ballpark idea of what it might cost to repair the mower. That enabled me to make a decision about getting the mower repaired or not. In the end, because of the cost estimate, we decided against the repair. Had we decided to go ahead with the repairs, I would have taken it to Da Mower Man.
