General Remodeling
We are very disappointed with the work that was done. The stain didn't bond to the wood. Brandon would not stand by his work and tried to tell me that I was washing the floors incorrectly. He said they should only be cleaned with water. I told him I only use water to clean the floor, and he didn't believe me. Then he tried to blame our cleaning lady who does exactly what we say. I also double checked with her and she verified that she only uses water. Brandon, said that he would correct the work for and additional $1200. I called a different company out, and they told me that the stain didn't bond because Brandon did not wait long long enough in between coats. They even showed us where the floor was still wet, making it clear it was Brandon's fault. I also must add that the second company charged me half of what Brandon was going to charge me.
