I phoned him on a Sunday morning when we couldn't use any water in the house without sewage backing up into the laundry room.  He came out promptly.  He snaked and came up with some tree roots that had grown into the sewer.  The blockage was a long way down, so he had to get extensions.  He finally got the sewer clear.  His price was reasonable for coming out in a hurry on a Sunday.

I had used Clearwater previously for a plumbing job, but this time I needed some electric work done. I already had the materials so Jeff just needed to replace the defective wall switches in my kitchen and bath (3 of them). I also need a flood light replaced with a more decorative fixture at the rear entrance of the house.  It remember that it was a very cold day that day and hoped he wouldn't cancel on me because it was such a small job. But he showed up as promised and had the work done in about 35 minutes. Price was great and I was ready for having the family over during the holidays.

My sprayer hose split open so I couldn't use the faucet in my kitchen sink. I went to Angie's list and found Clearwater Plumbing, with great reviews and located close to me. I gave them a call and Jeff said he would try and get here that evening around 7:00 PM.  He called later to say the job he was on was taking longer than expected and would I be able to wait until the next day around noon. He got here the next day around 11:00 AM and had the sprayer replaced in about 15 minutes.
Before he left I asked him to look at a couple of electrical projects I needed done and will have him complete those in a couple of weeks. Jeff is a very nice guy, prompt, and professional and I am very happy that  I found him on Angie's list!

Jeff took apart the faucet and found the damaged piece, then went to Lowes to buy the replacement. He then fit it back on the faucet, I asked him to look at the plug, he said it needed to be replaced also, and drove back to Lowes for the part. Then fit that into the bathtub. He was pleasant and professional, and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would never consider having another plumber. I need a new kitchen sink and a new bathroom vanity installed in the next few weeks, Jeff as been asked to return to do this. A real good guy, honest and fair.

Jeff came and provided a quote and suggested I purchase a faucet of my choice.  Called him when I had it, and he came the following morning (Saturday) and installed it at 8:00 in the morning so that it fit into my schedule.  He pleasantly came in, completed the job, cleaned up after himself and was finished before 9:00.  Quality of work was excellent, and the job was done at the price quoted previously.  

I couldn't fit the microwave because there wasn't enough safe. He switched cabinets around and cut one down and you would never know that he made those changes. The job went very well. I liked all that he did and it all works fine. I don't have any leaks. It was very nice and professional. I will call him again. I thought his price was very reasonable.

I called Clearwater for a plumbing problem and talked to Jeff Scott on the phone. He returned my call promptly and came out the next day. He replaced a basement fauset and rebuilt the bathroom fausets. I was pleased with his work. I would recommend Clearwater for fast, courteous and reasonably priced service. The other company I called hasen't called back yet and I already have the problem fixed...!

I've used him twice. He was fine. He is an independent guy and I think he is a one-man show. I think his name was Jeff. He was real reasonable. He was real responsive. The only thing is that he doesn't take credit cards. He was just a little bit late. The first time it was a really good deal and the second time it was okay. I did call him one other time and he didn't return my call.

Toilet would not completely evacuate and needed to be plunged after each use. Mr. Scott responded to my call with same day service. He efficiently snaked the toilet, found the cause of blockage and the toilet functioned appropriately. While he at the house we discussed further work that might be done in the fall.

It went very well. I liked him a lot. He seemed very honest and his pricing was fair. He was on time and he was also courteous. I would use him again in the future.

The job went very well and I was satisfied with the results. The job took several visits during the course of a few weeks, and Mr. Scott was quite flexible in arranging the work at a time that was convenient for both of us.

I was very pleased with Mr. Scott's work and his professionalism. He was aware that I have pets in my home and was careful when working around them. I plan to hire Mr. Scott again for my next home improvement project.

JEFF SCOTT WAS TERRIFIC. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE & WILL USE HIM AGAIN!

THE OWNER, JEFF SCOTT, WAS PUNCTUAL. HE PROCEEDED TO REMOVE THE OLD GROUTING BUT NEGLECTED TO CLEAN THESE AREAS WITH A SOLVENT TO REMOVE ANY EXCESS, ESPECIALLY IN THE TUB WHERE MILDEW SOMETIMES FORMS. THE OLD GROUTING WAS REPLACED WITH A SILICONE ONE. UNFORTUNATELY, JEFF WAS NOT TOO FAMILIAR WITH THE WAY YOU FINISH OFF A SILICONE GROUTING. AFTER APPLYING IT HE SMOOTHED IT OUT WITH HIS FINGER INSTEAD OF A WET CLOTH, WHICH WILL REMOVE THE EXCESS FROM WALL SIDES LEAVING THE GROUTING ONLY IN THE GROOVE. I NOW HAVE A SKIN OF GROUTING IN AREAS WHERE IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN. HE ALSO GROUTED AREAS ON THE VANITY WHERE I SPECIFICALLY TOLD HIM TWICE NOT TO TOUCH. THESE WERE PLACES WHERE THERE WAS WALL PAPER. I AM NOT HAPPY AND DO NOT WANT HIM BACK. I DID GET HIS NAME FROM ANGIE'S LIST. HE IS NO LONGER ON IT.

A+, GREAT WORK. SAVED ME OVER $1200 BY PROPOSING AN ALTERNATE CHEAPER SOLUTION.

JEFF SCOTT IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE CLEANS UP AFTER EVERY JOB. HE IS TIMELY AND DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT TAKES TO DO THE JOB RIGHT! I WILL RECOMMEND HIM TO FRIENDS AND WILL CALL HIM FOR MORE WORK IN THE FUTURE.

RETURNED ALL MY CALLS. ARRIVED 10 MINUTES EARLY THE DAY WORK WAS SCHEDULED. JEFF WILL BE DOING MORE WORK FOR ME.
