Initial call to receptionist was pleasant, and an appointment was made. The owner arrived at the specified time and conducted the bid estimate. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. The order was estimated to take two and a half weeks to produce. A 50% deposit was required. A 15% coupon deduction was applied. At precisely 2.5 weeks, the receptionist called to say our blinds were in. An installer came the next day at the specified time. He was pleasant, worked quickly and cleaned up. The entire experience was professional with no negative surprises.
