I have used Frank for this garage door ever since he installed it for me about 15 years ago. He had always been punctual, professional and reasonable. I have used him at least 6 times since the original installation, and he hs been exemplary each time. He is no-nonsense; he assesses the situation and gets right to work fixing it. When I wanted him to install the original opener (actually replacing one that had been on the house when I boought it, but not working well), he had me pick up the one I wanted (took advantage of a sale at Sears), and he installed it.
