ABC SUPPLY CO

I dealt with a salesman named Ken Wicks at the Mentor, Ohio branch. He told me he could deliver the siding package in two weeks and required that I make a downpayment in advance of $16,000.00 before ABC Supply would even order the material from the factory. This material is supposed to be a standard product finished with a standard color from the Certainteed color pallate. After 2 weeks I called ABC asking what time my siding would be delivered. I started getting excuse after excuse about where my siding materials were at and ultimately they kept up thier lies and misinformation for an additional 4 weeks. Finally, they delivered the siding on August 5th 2011 and they shorted me all of the 5/4 x 6 trim boards which were the trim needed to go around the windows. Without the 5/4 x 6 trim boards, my siding installer could not even begin installing the siding. It took another 2 weeks to finally get those triim boards. I should also mention that ABC had completely screwed up the invoicing and, upon the initial delivery, demanded an additional $7,500.00 before they would even unload the materials that I had already put down $16,000.00 for. It took several weeks to get them to admit they made an error on the invoicing and make the correction. After having paid in full, and getting a correct invoice and statement showing my purchase was paid in full. I started getting collection notices allegeing I still owed ABC Supply over $1000.00. I dealt with Chuck who is the store manager at the Mentor, Ohio branch but he was of little assistance. I will never order materials from ABC supply nor would I recommend anyone else to buy from them.
