"It went very well! Tim came to the apartment and looked at the issue. He told me that he will place the order for the new and more efficient unit than the old boiler and install asap. Tim's crew came the following Monday to demolish the old boiler and installed the new boiler on the same day. The new boiler was up and running on the same day. It was a smooth startup!"

Terry, who actually did the cleaning, was very informative and thorough. Showed me before and after views of my duct as he cleaned it. Very professional overall. "I would give them 0 stars if I could. Worst service I have ever received. It has taken 6 weeks and 3 different part orders. I refuse to purchase the last part so now I’ve invested $555 into a dishwasher worth $599 new 2 years ago that still doesn’t work. The last tech that came out left and 5 minutes later my entire kitchen was flooded with water that I had to clean up multiple times before my husband could get the water disconnected. When I called in they completely blamed me for agreeing to the other repairs and my “bad” water that ruined every part in my dishwasher. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy."
