ZYWIEC ROOFING

Contacted Dave on a Tuesday to have our slate roof inspected. Dave returned the call on Tuesday and was out to inspect our roof on Wednesday and provided feedback Wednesday afternoon. At the time of any needed repairs, we will definitely contact Zywiec Roofing as they came highly recommend.

They are a local company and were very good. They were incredible and reliable. They do roofing and repairs; they did an outstanding job. It was a very good value for the quality of the work that they did. I was very pleased.

The service was excellent. I would recommend him to anybody. He was very efficient and even though it was a small job, he came and was very thorough.

I've been very pleased with Mr. Zywiec. He is very responsive when I call and is always been able to come out with a day or two. He does great work. The shingles that he reataches stay in place.

Due to weather and my work schedule, the job had to be rescheduled a few times but when the call came with a firm date, contractor arrived on time and performed the work to my satisfaction with no problems. Would recommend for any future work.

He was very good and came when he said he would. We chose to go with someone else.

The person who came out was able to do what I needed to have done, and was prompt in coming over. The estimate was appropriate for the work that was going to be done. He cleaned up after himself. It seemed to me that since he was located in Medina County, he preferred to do work in that area.

They did a great job of cleaning up! They were very thorough in explaining the options. They were careful not to damage any landscaping and they were a pleasure to work with.

Came out and gave estimate right away after calling him. He ordered the skylight after we called and agreed to the service without any cash down. Came out and replaced skylight when they said they would be. Our home is 20 years old and we've had a few roofing companies take a look at our roof. All have said that we should consider replacing our roof soon. Zywiec actually told us that we could probably hold off on our roof 3 more years because there was no peeling. Wow! Honesty!

I can't imagine using anybody else for a roofing project. These guys are THE best! Dave and his son are perfectionists. They make sure the job is done right. They are also meticulous; they cleaned the job site daily and draped tarps over landscaping and deck below where they were working to prevent any damage or debris falling. I had a pang of guilt when I wrote the final check because I felt they could have charged twice as much and I would have gladly paid it because they had done such a wonderful job. The roof is beautiful. The roof windows they installed are wonderful. We still have to trim out the inside but they look great and work great. They've made a big difference in being able to control the sunlight and air flow in our master bath and sunroom. By the way I should also mention that these guys are great to work with. They are good-natured, friendly, polite, respectful, and very customer-oriented.
