Issues were solved to the extent possible considering the age of my equipment

After contacting several local dealers who turned me down or quoted an exorbitant fee, I contacted Zimmer by leaving a message on their website, not expecting that this Medina-based business would be interested in a call way over on the east side of Cleveland. However, Erik called me back the next day, enthusiastically quoted a reasonable rate, and confirmed a date and time. On the scheduled day Erik and his assistant showed up right on time despite a snow storm during the night and that morning. They carried the equipment up two flights of stairs and assembled it expertly. Service was prompt and professional. Highly recommended.

I called them up for and estimate and I left them a message. They got back to me later that day and gave me an estimate. He was very courteous on the phone and scheduled an appt. for Friday (it was currently Monday). The next day (Tuesday) I had to call back to reschedule. Erik called me back later and asked if the next morning would work. I was pleased. Wednesday morning they got here on time and performed the work I asked of them. they were very clean about their work and very professional. They took my used elliptical and got all the squeaks and creeks out. It is working like new now and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get equipment fixed.

The price was very good considering the company pro-form wanted to charge me $160 jus to come out and look at it plus labor after that. I was only charged $110 for everything. I am happy with everything and my elliptical is working like new now.

The work went very well. Zimmer's employee arrived a half hour earlier than the stated time. His manner was professional. He worked quickly and had the unit assembled, placed, and tested in two hours. I would definitely use this company again.
