+ -1 moreInitially, the wrong type of drain was ordered and I was asked to pay $339 for a replacement with an agreement that the money will be refunded once the original part is returned. I returned the part two months ago and the refund still has not been made. The employee whom I am dealing with (Richard) is very polite and understanding when I am able to reach him and makes repeated promises to investigate and get back to me ... but nothing happens. I have finally decided to resolve this by disputing the charge through my credit card.
Description of Work: We purchased a linear drain from the Cleveland store.
