+ -1 moreOFFICE CONTACTS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY UNDERSTANDING OF MY FRUSTRATION OF MY LENDERS HOLDUP OF THIS PROCESS. THEY WORKED WELL HELPING ME TO DO THE NECESSARY KICKING OF THE APPROPRIATE BEHINDS TO KEEP THINGS ON TIME. THE PERSON WHO HANDLED ALL THE SIGNATURES WAS SO TERRIFIC, AND I HAD NO IDEA HOW TERRIFIC UNTIL I HAD TO REPEAT THE PROCESS WITH A DIFFERENT TITLE COMPANY WHEN MY CONDO ULTIMATELY SOLD MONTHS LATER. SO INFORMATIVE, SO PATIENT, SO PROFESSIONAL, SO UNDERSTANDING OF ALL THE QUESTIONS WE HAD WHEN SIGNING EVERYTHING. DON'T GO WITH ANYONE ELSE - THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST EXCELLENT!!
