The crew arrived very late. They were given wrong directions by the office. A crew of two cleaned a four bedroom, three and a half bath house in less than 2 hours. I arrived back home to pay them at exactly the two hour mark and they were standing in my kitchen with all equipment already stowed in their car. The cleaning was average. Some things they were asked to do were not done. Some services that I was told are standard to their cleaning routine were not done. Overall I'm disappointed. Would not use again.

At first the girls were very responsive and I must say they were always on time. Then, the crew I had for months eventually started to miss numerous and very basic things such as "dust bunnies" on the hardwood floors, edges of floors in kitchen, not moving things on shelves to dust around or behind. Though I had discussed my concerns with the owner on more than one occasion, it just seemed as if the girls really didn't care about doing their best. We mutually decided to part ways as it was frustrating for me to come home from working all day and feel let down yet again.
Going back to my first statement about the girls always being on time...makes me wonder if they are stretched too short on time to properly clean the houses on their list for the day!

We used them for a couple of years. The first year went really well. The second year went downhill. They started bringing in new girls every clean. The detail work was bad, items were broken several weeks in a row and the house was left unsecured three times. Rick is responsive to call back...but he is a robot. He tows the company line and gives weak excuses.

Good price. Very responsive and punctual. Have to remind them about some overlooked areas or places to focus on every once in a while...but they are willing to come back to correct the issue or highlight it for the next cleaning. Employees are all very nice. Been happy using them for about a year now!

They did a very good job. The job was bigger that they anticipated, but they got the job done. However, they they didn't get finished until about 5pm, and they ended things a little abruptly.The house looks good though.

I've used them for about six or seven months and they send different girls every time and the girls didn't really care. They were just going through their list of things. They keep sending different girls and I asked them not to do that, but they still did. I finally just paid the fee and got out of my contract. You can call the manager and tell him they didn't do this or that and he will send them right back to do it. But the next time it will happen again, because there are different girls. They are not bad, but you just have to insist on having the same people and they were too expensive. I will not use them again - I've tried them twice now and that's it.

I will not use them again because: Most of the times when they cleaned, I was home. One time, I heard the cleaning girls play with my son's toy drums, and a few weeks later, one of the cleaning girl was playing the drums, and another my son's harmonica!! ( she put her mouth over my son's harmonica!, I don't even allow his friends to play with it) knowing I was home and could hear them. I wonder what they did when I wasn't home ..... That was the last time they entered my home.

The cleaning authority is a franchise. Medina office is owned and operated by Rick Lohr. He came to my house to evaluate the price and gave me paperwork which proved to be false advertisement. These are the guarantees he broke: trained professionals- he sent two teenaged girls who were delightful but not trained to clean, one admitted that. Guaranteed the equipment would not bring germs from house to house. Equipment was old, broken and filthy. The mop head was so filthy it was black. They did not have a fresh one to change it. The vacuum was so old it didn't have a hepa-filter which was guaranteed. It was filthy, full dirty bag, took them 5 minutes to start it and brown dirt clouds were blowing out of the bag. It didn't pick up anything off the floor anyway. The girls didn't know how to clean, that's not their fault. Because of the equipment they were given, my house was dirtier when they left than when they came. They were here 1 1/2 hours but 1/2 hour was spent trying to make equipment work and on phone- had to call the office twice. I paid them in full and let them leave because I had a satisfaction guarantee. I felt this was the owners responsibility. I called the office and spoke to a woman who would not identify herself. I told her the story and that I had just paid for a dirty house. She did ask me if she could send those same girls right back. Untrained with same equipment? Um, no thank you. She said she would speak to the owner. The guarantee states they will do a walk through to check the cleaning. Now I'll state my true complaint, and this is incredible! The owner did not call me back. He did not hear my complaint. He did not come to verify my complaint. He did not offer to send someone else. He did not offer me a refund. He mailed me a 2 sentence letter INSULTING ME!!! He doesn't know me! No apology. He kept my money and said "good luck finding a service that will meet your expectations". Dusting and mopping are high expectations for a cleaning company?! Really?! If that's what you think, Rick, I wouldn't want to eat at your house! False advertising, false guarantee, and insulting a customer is not how you run a company. Keep my $117 dollars. I think you'll need it more than I do.

The Cleaning Authority has a great rotation system, so everything in your house gets cleaned as often as you want but not excessively so that you're not overpaying. I have three cats and a house full of cat fur and they get rid of it all the time. They're very precise on their estimates upfront and you know exactly what you're going to get and how much it's going to cost. The cleaners are also on time and they will vacuum your upholstery.

The Cleaning Authority has cleaned our house two times. They did an excellent job. The company is very flexible when it comes to using preferred cleaning products. We plan on having The Cleaning Authority clean our home on a regular basis.

They do a good job. We have used them for a while. I would recommend them to a friend or family member. For a long time, they send the same people to clean the house. That was nice because we got to know them. That was a good thing.

They do a good job - they clean what they say they are going to clean. They are always on time and clean the parts of the house we agreed to. The have honored their quote, and stick by the pricing. They are also very flexible - around holidays and special occasions. One comment is that if you are looking for a deep clean - scrubbing the floor on hands and knees you will need to specifically request that service. I also have noted that they do not move furniture - so if you need them to clean under something like the sofa or end tables or a coffee table you need to ask. They dust everything very well - air vents, light fixtures, ceiling fans and baseboards and they don't use products if you ask them not too - which is good. They are professional and trustworthy. They are very nice and kind to kids. If we are home when they are here - they are flexible and will arrange the plan for the house without issue. They call the day before which is nice so you don't forget they are coming. I recommend this company.

This is my third cleaner and they are doing a great job.

A few months ago I recieved a flyer for The Cleaning Authority. I needed a good cleaning company for my large home. 6 bedroom 4 bath, basement, 3 story... its too much for me to handle. I was hesitant since all the other companies I had tried were in the $200 - $300 range, but I gave them a call. Rick came to my home and we did a walk through and went over what I needed done, how often and what type of schedule works for my family. He explained their rotation system with areas of focus and how they cleaned. I signed up for a bi-weekly clean of the 4 main bedrooms, 3 main bathrooms, major rooms like living, dining, kitchen, foyer, halls, pantry, office, eat in area of kitchen for $94 and change. I can add a guest room or guest bathroom for just a few dollars more on an as needed basis. The first clean was amazing! I came home and my house sparkled. It has been the same with every visit since! I have been so pleased each time the girls come to clean! They are always on time, very polite and professional, very consistent with their quality of work! They get EVERYTHING! I love it!!! Best value! Best quality! If you are in need of a helping hand at home deffinately call them. I even have an online account that I can check to show by cleaning history and future cleaning appointments. I LOVE THE CLEANING AUTHORITY!!!

Very pleased overall. When we have had concerns, the owner has been very responsive and will have areas re-cleaned if required. We were referred by a neighbor who was happy with their service. Much better pricing than others in the Medina area.

RICK LOHR THE OWNER IS VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL TO DEAL WITH. I CALLED AFTER MY SECOND CLEAN TO COMPLAIN THAT A LAMP HAD BEEN KNOCKED OVER AND THAT THE LAMPSHADE WAS DENTED. HE CALLED ME RIGHT BACK AND OFFERED TO PAY TO REPLACE IT IF NEEDED. OVERALL I AM HAPPY WITH THE CLEANING. THEY DO A GOOD JOB VACUUMING, CLEANING THE WOOD FLOORS AND DUSTING. HOWEVER, FOR THE MONEY I WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE OF THE DETAILS CLEANED LIKE THE SINKS AND SHOWERS ARE NOT ALWAYS AS CLEAN AS I THINK THEY SHOULD BE. OVERALL IT IS NICE TO COME HOME TO A CLEAN HOUSE.
