This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a cleaner.
They destroyed several of my shirts.  I dropped off black shirts and they came back grey and pink.  I had others that came back completely shrunken.  I switched to them only because they were close to my office.  These same shirts had been done many times with my other cleaners with no problems, so I know the shirts were good.  I spent the next two weeks trying to resolve the situation with Superior Cleaners.  Every day they would have a different excuse to push this off... we're using special solution to fix them, we're investigating what happened, it must have been a bad batch of shirts, we're calling the manufacturer....   I finally got sick of their BS excuses and just asked for a refund for the charges they billed me on the shirts they ruined.  THEY REFUSED!!!  The jerk of an owner "Jimmy" was rude and obnoxious and wouldn't offer anything whatsoever to make this right.  He claimed zero responsibility and all I wanted was a refund.  
These clothes looked like new when they went there and they are now shot.  They now look like they were washed in hot water with bleach, and they charged me $300..  Stay away.... they damaged my stuff, charged me for it, and took no responsibility or offered no remedies.  It seems that once they have your money, customer service goes out the window.  I could only imagine if this were drapes, a comforter or a good leather jacket... thank goodness they were only shirts.  This was a pathetic experience and example of how to run a business and how to treat a customer who walks in the door expecting a service to be done right, not to mention, corrective action when it's performed inadequately.  I'm going back to my old cleaner and hoping my credit card company can get my money back.  A better name for these jerks would be "INFERIOR CLENAERS."

"We tried to resolve the issue [member name removed] has with his shirts. All of them are the same brand, tried calling manufacturer to resolve his complaint of fading and shrinking. We are still awaiting a call back. We follow all manufacturer instructions for cleaning of the garment they produce unless a customer wants to sign a waiver to treat their garments differently. My guess is if these indeed lightened it would only be because they were cleaned in cold water as per garment instructions. My wife tried to reason with [member name removed] but all he could do is scream and curse at her on the phone. After he did that to me on the phone I could not take his bullying language anymore so I ended the call abruptly. We were attempting to resolve this issue but he could not give us the time to do so."

We went to a whole lot but we weren't happy with anyone and we finally landed with them.  We tried it through a process of elimination.  We've used their service for three years now and we use them every week.  They actually pick up and deliver to the house.

They pick up and deliver. They are very good. They do a good job on the shirts. They are prompt, reliable and the price is competitive. The employees are friendly. I will continue to use them.

The zipper was broken off the ladies' pants and wasn't disclosed at the time of pick up. A comment was on the dry cleaning ticket that they tried to call the customer but did not get an answer. This statement is completely erroneous since the number they have on file is my cell number and it records all missed calls. No call ever came from their store. I discussed the situation with the manager and she agreed to repair the pants at no charge, however, the seamstress was backed up and it would take a week or so. I am happy with the resolution, however, I felt that they should moved my repair to the top of the priority list since it was their fault.

I'm very pleased with the consistent service I receive from Superior Cleaners. They have convenient hours, including weekends that accommodate my schedule, and are conveniently located so I can pick up and drop off while I'm out running other errands. Drive-through service is a nice option, as well. Of course, the price is more reasonable when you have coupons. But, generally, prices seem to be in line with other cleaners.
