"Suburban Septic Service Inc has become a reputable and well-known Septic Installation, Service, and Cleaning company throughout the Northeast Ohio area. Since its founding by Patrick J. Valentine & Michele Valentine in 1987 with the purchase of one small pumper truck, the company has grown along with the Valentine Family. As a family-owned & operated company, Suburban Septic Service Inc is dedicated to providing high quality, affordable, and professional septic services to the Northeast Ohio area. In the early 1990s, the company quickly expanded with Patrick's knowledge and experience in the wastewater treatment industry as he trained and became a licensed and registered Installer and Service Provider for multiple types of household sewage treatment systems or "septic systems" approved by the Ohio Department of Health. In 1998, Suburban Septic Service Inc became a licensed distributor for multiple manufacturers of Sewage Treatment Systems. Nearly 37 years later, Suburban Septic Service Inc remains one of very few companies in the region qualified to install, service, and clean your septic system. We are licensed, bonded, and insured as an installer, septic hauler, and service provider in Cuyahoga, Medina, Lorain, Lake, and Summit Counties. After repeated phone calls they finally started the project weeks after they promised. Mr. Valentine also made a commitment to refill the dig site after the ground settled, (we noted our neighbors who experieinced a huge sink hole long after the contractor left). He committeed to not letting this happen.
Months later, I have contacted the company about the re-fill and Mrs. Valentine was not especially friendly in her response, but relayed that it could get done sometime in the summer. When I asked if this could be earlier so I could plant grass and prepare my house for sale, she said and quot;I'm only relaying what he saysand quot;. And that was the end of our conversation.
The work gets done, but it has not been a pleasant experience. I still will have to call back to remind them to come out here so I can plant grass in time for my home sale. Not looking forward to that phone call.
